Lemon Herb Broccoli

- 1 bunch Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 2 T. Butter
- 2 to 3 T. Lemon Juice
- 1 T. Dijon Style Mustard
- 1/2 t. Dried Marjoram Leaves crumbled
1. Steam Broccoli 3 to 4 minutes in boiling water until tender.
2. Melt Butter in Pan over medium heat. Blend in Lemon Juice, Mustard and Marjoram.
3. Spoon over Broccoli.
I serve this with Chicken and Cabbage Stir Fry or Crispy Fish.
