  • 1 8 oz . package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese container
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fettuccine Noodles
  • Chicken diced

Step 1

Cook fettuccine noodle according to the directions on the package.
Dice chicken into 1-inch pieces and saute in olive oil in a pan.
While the chicken is cooking, add cream cheese and whipping cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a pot on medium heat.
Stir mixture together until it fully melted together into a thin cream based sauce. Stir continuously.
Reduce heat to low.
Add Parmesan Cheese into the pan and continually stir until the cheese has almost melted completely and blended into a thicker cream sauce.
Remove from heat.
Place noodles into a dish (like this Stoneware Dish from Rachael Ray), top with sauce and chicken.
