Dinner in a dish

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4-5 small ears of corn, frozen
  • 1 family size bag frozen whole green beans (16-19oz)
  • 2 pks zesty Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 c butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Arrange ears of corn going down the length of the 9x13 pan. Place chicken strips down center of pan. Pour green beans along the other side.

2. Pour melted butter over all. Sprinkle evenly with Italian dressing mix

3. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and corn is hot.

NOTE:

Make this dish low carb by substituting a low carb veggie for the corn. (cauliflower, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc)
