Baked Potato Volcano

Ingredients

  • Baked potato
  • Bacon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g cheddar cheese
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • pinch of chili, salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scoop out 1/3 of the potato. Wrap bacon around (around 3 strips per potato). Use toothpicks to keep bacon in place. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chili, salt, and pepper. Mix together. Fill potato with mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
