  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest (2-3 lemons)
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • Glaze
  • 2/3 c powdered sugar
  • 3 tbls. milk
  • 1 tbls. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Whisk together sour cream, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, oil, vanilla, and lemon extract. Mix with dry ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool. Make glaze and drizzle over cake and let set before cutting
