Healthier Dark M&M Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, in liquid form
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Hershey's special dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the coconut oil and honey together.
Slowly whisk in the cocoa powder.
Whisk in the almond butter.
Pour into a loaf pan that has been covered in non-stick foil.
Sprinkle the M&M's on top.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
