Ingredients
- Makes 30 Bars
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 C. Butter or Oleo (cold)
- 4 Eggs, (slightly beaten)
- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 1/2 C. Lemon Juice
- Additional Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, combine Flour and the Powdered Sugar; cut in the butter until crumbly. Pressed into the bottom of a 9x13x2 baking pan; Bake 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine Eggs, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Lemon Juice.
4. Pour over baked crust; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
5. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with additional Powdered Sugar. Store covered in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
