Ingredients
- 2-12 oz. Bottled beer
- 1-2 Tbs. German mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- Fully cooked bone in ham
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
In 5 qt. Slow cooker mix beer mustard and pepper.
Add ham and rosemary. Cook covered on low for 7-9 hours.
Remove ham, cool and shred.
Remove rosemary and skim fat.
Return ham to slow cooker.
Serve on buns with additional mustard and pickles.
