Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. onions (1 T. minced onion)
- 1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers or oatmeal
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 egg
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Sauce:
- 12 oz. chili sauce
- 10 oz. grape jelly

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatballs. Brown lightly in a skillet.
In a medium saucepan, mix chili sauce and grape jelly until jelly is melted. Reduce heat and add meatballs. Let simmer for 30 minutes or more.
