Creamed Chipped Beef Gravy

  • 3 T. Butter
  • 3 T. Flour
  • 2 C. Reconstituted Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1 3 oz. Package Dried Beef, Cut-up



Step 1

1. In a small saucepan melt Butter; reduce heat.

2. Stir in Flour. Slowly stir in Milk; add Beef.

3. Cook and stir until thickened.
