Ingredients
- FOR CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 stick Butter; cut into cubes
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- FOR MUFFINS
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tblspn milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Step 1
NAKE CRUMB TOPPING:
Mix together sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon in a small bowl with a fork.
MAKE MUFFINS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Whisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour oil into a 1-cup
measuring cup, then stir in egg and milk. Stir milk mixture into flour
mixture, then fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups right to top and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
