Ingredients

  • Pre-heat oven to 450
  • 1 1/4 lbs Flounder (or other white fish)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Top w/thin sliced lemon
  • 3 tbsp. Butter - drizzler over leomon and fish

Preparation

Step 1

Bake @ 450 12 - 15 mins until fish opaque in center

Sprinkle panko bread crumbs or crushed Italian seasoned croutons.
Garnish w/chopped parsley.
Serve w/green vegetables (green beans or broccoli) & rolls
