Pineapple Casserole

  • 3-20 oz. Pineapple Chunks, (drained)
  • 3 C. Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 3 T. Flour
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Topping >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
  • 1/2 stick Butter (melted)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed)



Step 1

1. In a bowl mix Pineapple and Cheese. In another bowl, mix Flour and Sugar. Then add to Pineapple mixture. Pour into buttered 9x13x2 Baking Dish.

2. To make the topping; combine Butter and Crackers mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over the top of the Pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered).
