Ingredients
- Mix:
- 3 lb chuck roast - brown all sides
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic

Step 1
cook on high for 8 hrs - pull apart and put back in pot to mix
Serve on bun or over baked potato
