• 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water (100 degrees F/38 degrees C)
• 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 3/4 cups bread flour
• 3/4 cup rye flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Put ingredients into breadmaker in the order listed. Select Basic and 2 lb loaf size.
