- 1 TUBE CRESCENT DOUGH
- 16 APPETIZER SIZE ITALIAN STYLE MEATBALLS (PRECOOKED AND DEFROSTED)
- MELTED BUTTER
- SEA SALT
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. LINE BAKING SHEET WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
UNROLL CRESCENT DOUGH ON BAKING SHEET. USING A PIZZA CUTTER, CUT THE DOUGH DIAGONALLY CRIS-CROSSING THE PERFORATIONS. BASICALLY, YOU ARE CUTTING EACH
PRECUT TRIANGLE IN HALF.
WORKING WITH ONE PIECE OF DOUGH AT A TIME, ROLL EACH MEATBALL UP IN DOUGH COMPLETELY COVERING THE SURFACE.
PLACE ON PREPARED BAKING SHEET IN ROWS OF FOUR.
MELT BUTTER, USING A PASTRY BRUSH TO BRUSH TOPS OF MEATBALLS.
SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT
BAKE 10 MINUTES
TURN PAN AND BAKE 2 OR 3 MINUTES LONGER UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
