Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. round steak (strips)
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, & ginger in bow. Add 2 Tbsp. oil & beef,m toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. heat 2 Tbsp. oil in wok, and saute broccoli over high heat, stirring. Add water- steam. Drain broccoli and remove.
Add 1 Tbsp. oil to wok, bring to boiling. Combine remaining cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce in small cup. Stir in broth. Add broccoli & meat. Cover & cook 4 minutes or until sauce thickens and meat is tender. Serve over rice.
