Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package twist rainbow pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot combination, thawed
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup (2 to 3 ounces) chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta to desired doneness; drain and cool.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until well blended.
Toss pasta with vegetable mixture; serve chilled.
Note:
This is great made in advance, but you may need to add a little extra Italian dressing to moisten it just before serving.
