Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups walnut
- 3 cups semi sweet choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Grind oats till fine. Combine with flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Separately cream butter, sugars, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add eggs and mix till smooth. Blend both mixtures together and add chips and nuts. Put 1/4 cup portions on baking dish. Cook 16 to 18 minutes.
