Stacy's Hash Brown Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown cubes (partially thawed)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all and mix well. Top with corn flake topping. (We like lots of the crunch topping so we make a bit more of it, no real measurement to give you.)

Put light coating of Pam in a 9/13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
