Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, (minced)
  • 1/2 t. Parsley Flakes
  • Dash of Cayenne
  • 3 T. White Vinegar
  • 1 # Jumbo Shrimp (Shelled and deveined)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In saucepan, melt Butter and stir in Garlic, Parsley, and Cayenne; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar; heat through.

2. Thaw Frozen Shrimp then thread on small skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals about 7 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with sauce.

3. Makes 15 to 18 appetizers.
