Ingredients
- 4-5 salmon filets
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Hot chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except salmon).
Coat salmon filets on both sides with the rub mix. Let sit for 10 minutes
Pan sear in 1" olive oil - cook for 3 minutes on each side.
