Ingredients

  • Veison Steaks or Chops
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Pound steaks thin
season with salt and pepper
Mix flour, paprika and salt and pepper
beat 2 eggs in bowl with salt and pepper
dip steaks in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then flour mixture again
fry on medium heat in Olive oil

Gravy
Leave about 1 tables sppon of olive oil in the pan, add a teaspon of flour, stir while cooking until it's golden brown.
Add 1 1/2 cups whole milk slowly while whisking.
Turn heat to high until it boils stirring comstantly boile 3-4 minutes until it thickens up
seasons with salt and pepper
