Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice or vinegar- I like pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Salad:
- 1 1/2 cups of dry elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 (2 oz) jar of pimentos, drained
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- I add Slap Ya Momma's and chopped boiled egg and cubed cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and dizzle with olive oil. Put in bowl and add other ingredients. Add dressing and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir before serving. Add mayo or pickle juice if need more juice.
