Ingredients
- 1 # Fettuccini Noodle
- 2 T. Butter
- 2 T. Flour
- 1 1/2 C. 2 % Milk
- 1/3 C. Parmesan Cheeses
- 1 t. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 t. Pepper (ground)
- 2 T. Parsley (fresh, Chopped)
- 2 T. Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook Noodles according to instructions on package. Set aside and keep warm.
2. Melt Butter in a med. saucepan over Medium Heat. Add Flour. Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in Milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add more Milk if a thinner consistency is wanted. Add 1/3 C. Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice and Pepper.
3. Pour sauce over warm Fettuccine Noodles and garnish with Parsley and remaining Parmesan Cheese.
