  • 1 GAL DUKES MAYO
  • 35 ANCHOVY FILETS-RINSED
  • 1 C DIJON
  • 1/4 C CHIPOTLE PUREE
  • 1 CAN GREEN CHILES DICED
  • 1/4 C A1 SAUCE
  • 1 C RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 BOTTLE GREEN TOBASCO
  • 1/4 C CAPERS
  • 1 1/2 C GRATED ROMANO
  • 1 C LEMON JUICE
  • 1/4 C ROASTED GARLIC PUREE
  • 1 PINT OLIVE OIL BLEND
  • 2 TBSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • WARM WATER AS NEEDED
