Apple Salsa

  • 1 lb. Fuji Apples
  • 1/2 lb. Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Step 1

Peel, core and dice apples. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer salsa to bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with potato latkes (#1657).
