Cheesy Potato Wedges

  • 4-6 Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Your favorite Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 cup Sour Cream



Step 1

Cut potatoes into “steak fries” Place on foiled baking sheet sprayed with pam. Drizzle with oil. Lightly toss with tongs. Sprinkle seasonings over the potatoes. Mix ranch and milk together and put over potatoes. You can eat them with sour cream. Bake at 400 for 40 min until fork tender.
