Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk milk and powdered sugar together. Add food coloring.
Stir to combine and add more milk (up to 2 tsp. more) to get a smooth and spoonable, but not runny, consistency. Fill cooled cookies and let set overnight.
