Homemade chicken soup

This is a versatile recipe, really just a base for whatever you want to add. You can also use College Inn low sodium/fat free chicken broth if desired.

Ingredients
- 32 Oz College Inn Bold Stock Chicken flavor (no salt added)
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- pinch saffron
- 8 cups water
- 20 oz raw chicken tenders, cleaned and chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large pot, add chicken stock and water
2. Add onion, carrots, dried parsley and saffron
3. Add chicken.
4. Bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.
5. Lower heat to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender. Chicken should be cooked through.
