Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 3/4 c butter
- 1/3 c Baileys
- 3 c icing sugar
- Ganache:
- 3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1/2 c Baileys
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
While they are baking prepare icing by mixing all the listed ingredient together until smooth. Once brownies have cooled top with icing.
Make ganache by bringing cream and baileys just to a boil, pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes. Then stir till smooth and spread on top of iced brownies.
