  • 1/2 lb. Rock Shrimp, cooked/diced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced small
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeno Chile, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chile Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
