Ingredients
- 4 cups Ahi Tuna, diced small
- 1/2 cup Onion, minced
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, minced
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 3 tablespoons White Truffle Oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Sambal Olek
- 1 x Hawaiian Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Step 1
Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Stays fresh only 2 days.
