Ahi Poke

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Ahi Tuna, diced small
  • 1/2 cup Onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, minced
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoons White Truffle Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sambal Olek
  • 1 x Hawaiian Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Stays fresh only 2 days.
