Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 oz box strawberry jello
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 10 inch pie shell (pre-baked)
Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of shell with strawberries. Combine cornstarch, sugar, and water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Add jello and stir til dissolved. Pour over berries and refrigerate til set. Serve with whipped cream.
