  • 4 White Fish Fillets
  • 2 T. Lemon Juice
  • 2/3 C. Stale Breadcrumbs
  • 2 C. Cheese (grated)
  • 1 t. Dry Mustard
  • 6 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 T. Fresh Parsley
  • 2 T. Butter, (melted)



Step 1

1. Grease a shallow ovenproof dish lightly.

2. Arrange fish in single layer in dish, sprinkle with Lemon Juice.

3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.

4. Spoon crumb mixture over Fish.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through, and topping is golden brown.
