- 4 White Fish Fillets
- 2 T. Lemon Juice
- 2/3 C. Stale Breadcrumbs
- 2 C. Cheese (grated)
- 1 t. Dry Mustard
- 6 Green Onions (chopped)
- 2 T. Fresh Parsley
- 2 T. Butter, (melted)
1. Grease a shallow ovenproof dish lightly.
2. Arrange fish in single layer in dish, sprinkle with Lemon Juice.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
4. Spoon crumb mixture over Fish.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through, and topping is golden brown.
