- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, cream and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for around 6 minutes. Add vanilla and coconut extract and simmer for 2 more minutes.
