Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- pinch of fresh pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

Step 1
Combine the olive oil, butter, and garlic in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cover. Cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp curl and turn pink. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
