Ingredients

- Grapefruit
- Fresh Mint
- Thin slices of red onion
- honey
- oil
- vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Zest orange and set aside. Peel orange and grapefruit. Slice crosswise into 1/4 in slices. Reserve left over ends of orange. Arrange fruit in circles on serving platter.
Prepare vinaigrette with oil vinegar orange juice squeezed from left over pieces, orange zest, honey to taste.
Chiffonade fresh mint. Pour dressing over fruit. Sprinkle with mint.
