Tuna Cheese Puff

Ingredients
- 1 can albacore tuna packed in water
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 1/2 cups grated yellow cheese
- 8-10 slices of bread torn up (or enough to soak up liquid)

Step 1
Grease casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk. Add mustard and tuna and stir until mixed well. Add bread until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add 2 cups of the grated cheese to the mixture and stir to combine. Pour mixture into casserole dish and spread remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Bake part of the time with the lid on the casserole dish and then remove lid partway through baking to allow the top to brown without burning.
