Ingredients
- 12 frozen hash brown patties
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. prepared guacamole
- 1/4 c. salsa
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Pickled jalapeños, for garnish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange hash browns on a baking sheet and bake until deeply golden and cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes. Slice each patty diagonally.
Top with cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Bake until cheese is melted, 10 minutes more.
Top with guacamole, salsa, green onions, and pickled jalapeños and serve.
