Whoopie Pies

Cream filled Chocolate Cookies
Bake 350 degrees 12 minutes

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 6 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
• 2 tsp.vanilla
• Beat until creamy

Preparation

Step 1

Cookie:
Mix first 5 ingredients
Add the rest to mixture stir till blended and don't over mix.
Drop by rounded tbsp. onto greased baking sheet.
Leave room for spreading.
Cool on rack and fill generously with filling.
Depending on oven check cookies after 9 min. to see if done
