Regency Beef Tenderloin

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, chopped



Step 1

Combine 1st 7 ingred; stir well. Place tenderloin in a large heavy duty zip lock bag and pour marinade over tenderloin and seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove tenderloin marinade, reserving marinade. Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan, set aside.
Place tenderloin on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 4oo for 45-55 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 145(med rare)or 155 (med), basting occasionally with marinade, Let stand 10-15 min before slicing. Serve with horseradish butter.
