Directions

preheat oven to 450 degrees. dice all vegetables the same size. mushroom do not need to be diced. combine the thyme, rosemary, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. add the vegetables and stir to coat. spray baking sheet and put vegetables on sheet. cook for 40 minutes and stir a couple times while baking. vegetables are done when you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork.
