Burrito "Bowl" Mason Jar Salad
- 2 tbsp. Southwestern or chipotle ranch dressing
- 1/4 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 c. corn kernels
- 1/4 avocado, chopped
- 1/3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp. shredded Cheddar

In 16-ounce mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: dressing, black beans, corn, avocado, cooked rive, romaine, and Cheddar. Screw on lid and refrigerate.
When ready to eat, shake jar until contents are mixed and enjoy.
