Ingredients
- 4 medium (8 to 10 ounces each) Baking Potatoes
- 2 T. Butter
- 4 individual slices of Cheese
- 1/4 C. Bac-O-Bits (imitation Bacon Bits)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake Potatoes for 45 to 50 minutes, until tender. Cut a slit lengthwise down center of each baked Potato, squeeze the Potato open and fluff with fork. Top each Potato with 1 1/2 t. Butter.
2. Cut each cheese slice into 4 triangles, place in Potatoes. Sprinkle with Bac-O-Bits.
3. Serve immediately makes 4 servings.
