Broiled Salmon with Lemon

Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt Sauce with Garlic & Mint:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t. grated lemon rind
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 tWorcestershire sauce
- 4 Salmon filets
- salt & pepper
- 1 T chopped fresh mint
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t olive oil
- 1 t honey
- Salt & pepper
- Dash of crushed red pepper
- 1 7oz. container plain yogurt
- 1 clove crushed garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil with grated lemon rind, lemon juice & worcestershire sauce in shallow dish.
Place filets, skin up, in dish & let stand for 15 min.
Preheat grill;place filets skin side down on grill. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Grill 4-5 min per side to degree of desired doneness.
Serve with yogurt sauce & Simple Blistered Broccolini
