- Peorgie dough
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups of flour(or a bit more for board)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 2 2 2 qts potatoes mashed
- to 1/2 1/2 lbs of coopers cheese cubed

Preparation
Step 1

Cook potatoes add coopers cheese, mash and cool filling.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Roll dough out thin.
Use biscuit cutter. Cut circles.
Fill and seal.
Drop in boiling water until they float.
Drain, serve with melted butter and cooked onions. Yum!
