Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • 1-10 oz. pkg. frozen Broccoli Flowerettes
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 C. Milk
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 T. Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 C. Bread Crumbs



Step 1

1. Cook Broccoli- Drain and place in baking dish.

2. In saucepan stir Soup & Cheese over low heat; gradually add Milk & beaten Egg.
Stir and pour over Broccoli.

3. Mix Bread crumbs and melted Butter and sprinkle over entire mixture.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
