Ingredients
- 4 oz.semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 C (1 stick) butter
- 1 T Cabernet Sauvignon or other red wine
- 1 t pure vanilla
- 1 C confectioner's sugar
- 2 eggs + 1 yolk
- 6 T flour
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Biutter 4 6oz custard cups
Microwave chocolate & butter in large bowl 1 min.or until butter melts
Whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in wine, vanilla & sugar until blended
Whisk in eggs & yolk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly into prepared cups.
Bake ramekins 15 min. or until sides are firm but centers are soft Let stand 1 min. Loosen edges with knife. Invert on serving plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
